We're here to help, so just give us a call on 13 37 39 Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturdays 8.30am to 5.30pm (EST).
Our sales team is not available on Sunday.
Need to send us your supporting documents
If you’d like to fax us documents to support your Credit Card application please fax them to 1300 301 304.
If you’d like to scan and email us your documents, you can click here to find out how and be sure to read our security disclaimer.
And don't forget to make sure your full name and Application Reference Number is clearly visible in the top right hand corner of the page before you fax it off to us.

For security reasons, NEVER include any personal information in your email such as account numbers, date of birth etc. Emails are not secure communications unless sent within your Virgin Money Online account.
