- You’ll receive your Welcome Pack in the post which includes important forms such as the Super Choice Form and Rollover Form which you can complete.
- When your baby is close to arriving, download the Baby Break Application Form, complete and send to us along with a letter from your employer confirming your maternity or paternity leave dates. Make sure you allow 14 working days for us to receive and process your application.
