| Business Membership Form | Joining | If you’d like to set up a business account with us so you can make super guarantee contributions for your employees, use this form. To tell us about your individual employees, you’ll need the Group Employee Membership Form. |
| Employee Membership Form | Joining | If your employees wish to apply to become a member of Virgin Superannuation through your Virgin Super for Business account. |
| Group Employee Membership Form | Joining | If you have a group of employees that want to join Virgin Super send us this form and we’ll get them all set up with handy things like logins and PINs. You can also do this online. |
| Joint Financial Services Guide | About Virgin Super | An important document which we are required to give you. This FSG is intended to help you understand who we are, how we work, our relationship with the Administrator, Superpartners, and how we plan to work with you. |
| Employee PDS | Joining | The information your employees need to help them decide whether Virgin Super’s the right fund for them. |
| Employee Supplementary PDS | Joining | This is to be read in conjunction with the Virgin Super Employee PDS and tells you about a minor change to the administration of Virgin Super and tax deductions. |

| Contributions Return Form | Managing your Super | The form you can use to pay Superannuation Guarantee contributions for your staff. Alternatively you can contribute online. |
