Your new credit card can be ready to use in a few simple steps, as shown below. Just make sure you have your credit card and mobile phone handy - we’ll send you an SMS as part of the set-up process.

Set-up your Account

Go to www.internetbanking.virginmoney.com.au and follow the prompts to set-up your online account.

Add your credit card

Open the app, select the Existing Customer option, enter your mobile number linked to your Virgin Money credit card and follow the prompts to add your credit card details.

Once you’re set up, log in to verify we’ve got all of the right information:

Via the app

  • Verify your contact details
    Log in to the app > Profile > My details

Via Virgin Money Online

  • Verify your details
    Click on customer profile and select My details
