  • How do I become eligible for the offer?

    If you purchase a new comprehensive Car Insurance policy before 31 January 2025, and hold the policy for at least 6 months, you’re eligible to receive 10,000 Velocity Points.

    The offer is available to new Virgin Car Insurance customers only (not available for renewals).

    Policies purchased through iSelect, Compare the Market, Choosi, Canstar, Finder, Mozo, Infochoice and the Virgin Money app are excluded from this offer.

    A valid Velocity membership number must be provided at the time of application.

  • Am I still eligible for the Velocity Points offer if I receive a discount for purchasing my policy online?

    Yes, provided that you purchase a new policy within the promotional period and meet all the other eligibility criteria. How seriously rewarding is that?

  • How does the Velocity Offer work?

    If you purchase a new Virgin Comprehensive Car Insurance within the promotional period and provide a valid Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number when taking out your policy you’ll be entitled to earn up to 10,000 Velocity Points.

    Eligible policy holders will be entitled to up to 10,000 Velocity Points, subject to the following conditions: the policy holder will be entitled to 10,000 Velocity Points if the insurance is held for at least 65 days (credited to the eligible Velocity Account up to 90 days after the policy has been purchased)

     

    This offer can’t be redeemed with any other Virgin Car Insurance offers.

  • I purchased a new Virgin Comprehensive Car Insurance policy and a new Combined Home and Contents policy, am I eligible for both rewards?

    Yes, if you take out a new Virgin Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy and a new eligible Combined Home and Contents Insurance policy, you’ll will be eligible for both rewards offered for the policies.
