How do I become eligible for the offer?
If you purchase a new Car Insurance policy or a Home and/or Content Insurance policy before 30 November 2020, and hold the policy for at least 65 days you’re eligible to receive a $100 e-Gift card. The offer is available to new Car or Home and/or Contents Insurance customers only (not available for renewals), one gift card per new policy.
Provided you meet the Eligibility Period (maintain policy for 65 days from purchase), you can receive a $100 e-Gift card per:
- One new Car Insurance policy; and/or
- One new Home and/or Contents Insurance policy.
That’s up to TWO $100 e-Gift cards if you take out any two of these insurance policies online.
Just remember to provide a valid email address when purchasing your policy so we can send you the link to redeem your e-Gift card!
I purchased a new Car Insurance policy and a new Home Insurance policy, am I eligible for 2 x $100 e-Gift cards?
Yes, if you take out a new Car Insurance policy and a new Home and/or Contents Insurance policy, you’ll get TWO $100 e-Gift cards. Go you!
Am I still eligible for an e-Gift card if I receive a discount for purchasing my policy online?
Yes, provided that you purchase a new policy within the promotional period, 19 June to 30 November 2020.
When will I receive my e-Gift card?
Eligible customers that have held their policy for 65 days will receive an email within 7 days at the conclusion of the Eligibility Period with a link to claim the offer and further instructions on how to claim.

Once you have redeemed your e-Gift card, you will be able to download to use it straight away and a copy will be sent to your email address.
When will my redeemed e-Gift card expire?
Your selected e-Gift card will be valid until the end of the expiry date specified on the e-Gift card itself.
Terms and Conditions of the individual e-Gift card will be printed on the reward itself and/or available on the supplier's website. Check your e-Gift card for usage instructions and expiry date.

I still haven’t received my e-Gift card
If you’re experiencing a delay in receiving the email with the redemption instructions, make sure you double check the following:
- You purchased a new policy between 19 June and 30 November 2020
- You provided us the correct email address when you purchased your policy
- You’ve held your policy for 65 days or more
- You’ve waited another 7 days for us to send you the email with the redemption instructions
- You’ve checked your junk and spam folders
