Shop securely online with Visa Secure
Visa Secure is a global authentication service that provides added security to ensure only you can use your Virgin Money credit card to make purchases online.
When you’re shopping online at participating retailers*, we may request you to enter an SMS Code before finalising your purchase. This SMS Code will be sent to your mobile phone and will provide us with confirmation that you are the person making the purchase on your card.

Complimentary insurance
International Travel Insurance6
Cardholders are entitled to International Travel Insurance which may cover you and your family when travelling overseas, for overseas medical expenses, loss or theft of personal items, unexpected trip cancellation and more when you purchase your overseas travel tickets on your Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card. Please read the Complimentary Insurance Policy Information Booklet for full eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, limits and applicable sub-limits.
Domestic Travel Insurance6
Eligible cardholders can access Domestic travel insurance which may cover you and your family when travelling interstate, for medical expenses, loss or theft of personal items, unexpected trip cancellations and more when you book with your Virgin Australia High Flyer Card as outlined in the Complimentary Insurance Policy Information Booklet.
Rental Vehicle Excess Insurance in Australia6
Eligible cardholders may be eligible for coverage of rental vehicle damage or theft for you and your family when travelling within Australia as outlined in the Complimentary Insurance Policy Information Booklet.
Extended Warranty Insurance6
Cardholders may be entitled to extended warranty insurance of up to 12 months in addition to the covered product's Australian warranty period, which you purchase on your Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer or High Flyer card as outlined in the Complimentary Insurance Policy Information Booklet.
Purchase Protection Insurance6
Cardholders receive 90 days complimentary insurance against loss, theft or accidental damage on covered products purchased anywhere in the world using your Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer or High Flyer Card up to specified amounts as outlined in the Complimentary Insurance Policy Information Booklet.
