  • How do I download the app?

    It’s easy, just like banking apps should be. You can download it for free from Google Play or the App Store. After you’ve downloaded it to your device, applied for your preferred account and completed your profile, you’re on your way. 

  • Who can use the Virgin Money app?

    At this stage, our new banking app is available for our everyday transaction account customers, savings account customers (excluding Virgin Saver customers) and credit card customers. If you hold one of our other products you will continue to be serviced as you are now.
